Core operational records are hosted in Azure Canada Central with role-based access, tenant isolation and encrypted connections. Provider-held voice, media and channel data may be processed or retained outside Canada under contract.
Real-time voice processing may pass through contracted subprocessors. That is why we do not promise a “100% in Canada” claim we could not keep.
Recording is off by default. The AI/privacy preamble is used only after the applicable country and language rule is enabled and validated; recording also requires the feature, notices and consent controls to be active.
Automation assists operations, but does not replace professional judgment and must not be used alone for emergencies or high-impact decisions.
