Frequently asked questions
Is recording calls legal?
Recording is off by default. If that feature is enabled, the applicable notices and consent must be in place before processing. Core platform records are hosted in Azure Canada Central; voice media and other provider-held data may be processed or retained outside Canada under contract.
Will my customers know it's an AI?
Loquava supports a disclosure preamble by country and language. It is not assumed active by default: before live use, the business must enable and validate the applicable notice. Recording is off by default and is only processed when the feature and required notices are active.
Does it book real appointments, without double-booking?
The calendar is integrated and prevents double-booking: you can book, reschedule and cancel in the portal. When AI reception is active on your line, it uses the same scheduling engine and availability rules.
