Can it transfer the call to me live?
Yes. When live transfer is enabled and a caller asks for a person, the AI routes the call to your configured number. Before connecting, it gives your team a summary of what has already been discussed — by voice or SMS, depending on your settings — so no one has to ask the customer to repeat everything.
What if the AI makes a mistake or doesn't know the answer?
It never makes things up. If it doesn't know, it says so, notes the question and offers to take the customer's details so you can call back. You then see every unanswered question in your dashboard — you improve your description, and the AI improves.
What happens when I reach the free plan limit?
